Emerge Aotearoa

Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is a for-purpose organisation that supports the oranga (holistic wellbeing) of tāngata whaiora and whānau.

We take a people-centered approach to care across mental health, disability, addiction, short term and social housing, wellbeing and health innovation services.

Our three Pou guide our mahi and are the lens through which we measure our success: Māori Succeeding as Māori, Lived Experience and Diversity are Privilege and Thriving Pacific People. These Pou describe an outcome of oranga for the people we serve.

We deliver support that respects diverse needs and communities, is evidence-based and constantly seeks to improve through partnering and collaboration. Innovation and fresh thinking helps us achieve greater impact for the people and communities we serve.

We provide services across Aotearoa from Northland to Invercargill, employ approximately 1,500 kaimahi and provide support to approximately 16,000 people every year.
