The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) is a charity that works towards creating a society free from discrimination, where all people enjoy positive mental health and wellbeing.

The MHF works to help uplift the wellbeing of people across Aotearoa, and support/tautoko the 1 in 5 Kiwis who experience a mental illness each year. Their work is diverse and ever evolving. They:

Support workplaces to create safe, inclusive environments where mental health is part of the everyday conversation,
Provide free suicide prevention resources,
Deliver national wellbeing campaigns,
Provide suicide bereavement support,
Advocate for appropriate, timely and culturally responsive mental health services and more.
