The Psychology Group
The Psychology Group (TPG) is a multidisciplinary mental health collective grounded in evidence-based practice, cultural integrity, and compassion.
Originating from Howick Psychology (established 1987), TPG has grown into one of the leading providers of psychological and psychiatric care, offering therapy, assessments, DBT programmes, supervision, and corporate wellbeing support across East Tāmaki, Howick, Pukekohe, Tauranga, and online. Our mission is to guide communities on their hinengaro wellbeing journey, connecting, supporting, and partnering with people to create sustained positive change. We believe wellbeing is not a final destination, but a shared process of growth, empowerment, and learning.
Everything we do is shaped by our six core values:
